Provincial selection-trial marathon restricted to athletes representing Gandaki Province's 11 districts, from Manakamana Temple to Gorkha Durbar (Gorkha Kali Mandir). Organized by the District Sports Development Committee, Gorkha, with the Gandaki Province Sports Council. 2026 edition confirmed for April 27; 2027 date estimated.
